Private Building Rental

Thank you for your interest in hosting a private event at Putt Putt Studio. Below are the details for reserving our facility.

 

Private Rental Pricing

  • $225 per hour

  • 2-hour minimum

  • Payment is required upfront; payment confirms your booking

Capacity

  • Up to 20 guests maximum

  • Additional guests (over 20) are permitted only if the Party Room is rented

 

What’s Included

  • Private access to the Putt Putt Studio mini golf course for the full duration of your rental

  • Exclusive use of the space during your reserved time

 

Party Room (Optional)

  • Party Room rental is available for an additional fee

  • Provides additional seating and allows for increased guest capacity

  • Please ask for Party Room availability and pricing when booking

 

Food, Drinks, and Decorations

  • Outside food and drinks are permitted

  • Decorations are allowed, provided they do not cause damage to walls, ceilings, or fixtures

  • (painter’s tape is permitted; push pins, tape, nails, and adhesives are not)

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations may be subject to forfeiture of payment

Availability is limited and bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received.

Party Room Rental

Our Party Room is ideal for birthday parties, family gatherings, and small group celebrations. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Eligibility

  • The Party Room may be rented only:

    • In conjunction with mini golf, golf simulators, or pool table use, or

    • As an add-on to a full facility rental

  • If rented without a full facility rental, the rest of the building will remain open to the public

Pricing

  • $50 per hour for the Party Room
    Plus applicable activity fees:

    • Golf Simulator: $20 per person, per hour

    • Mini Golf: $12 per person (children ages 3 and under are free)
      Additional rounds: $6 per person

    • Pool Table: $15 per hour

  • 2-hour minimum applies to Party Room rentals

Capacity

  • Maximum occupancy: 20 guests

  • Seating is provided for all guests

Decorations

  • Decorations are allowed but not provided

  • Only blue or green low-tack painter’s tape may be used

  • Push pins, nails, staples, or adhesives that may damage walls are not permitted

  • Any damage may result in a repair fee

Cleaning & Damage Policy

  • A cleaning or repair fee may be charged if the Party Room is left excessively dirty or if damage occurs during the rental

Payment & Booking

  • Payment is required upfront to confirm your reservation

  • Rentals are booked on a first-come, first-served basis based on availability
